antioxidants
3. Research also shows that
blueberries can help to reduce blood sugar which makes it an excellent choice
ingredient for low sugar smoothie
recipes.
4. They also have a good amounts
of potassium, copper,
iron and zinc, manganese.
Potassium helps to control heart rate and blood pressure, copper and iron are
essential in the production of red blood cells.
