you asked me anything about smoothies a couple of years ago, I would not have had
any anything to say besides “yeah, it sounds pretty healthy”.
I,
like a lot of people was under the impression that healthy food couldn’t
possibly be delicious.
Well

Blueberry smoothies are my favorite, they are low
in calorie and sugar. Also very easy and cheap to make:
Blend
frozen blueberries, yoghurt and Pineapple juice, the result? Delicious blueberry smoothie!
Hint: For extra fibre, add a
spoon of oatmeal; It will keep you full longer.

Well
I’m yet to try any green smoothie because I’m simply not that adventurous with
food but over the next 2-3months, I will be trying out new recipes and Green
Smoothie is first on the list!

75% of a cup of cooled green tea
handful of green grapes
handful of baby spinach
1/2 or 1 whole avocado after the above ingredients are blended and the amount of mix is known.
This smoothie is a great protein kick so its great as an alternative for breakfast.
